Don't forget your car. In this planned city try walking a few. Jump the guardrail to the highway, dart past cars, hurdle the pylon, try and walk/run down the hill to the congress building, another 200 paces and you'll almost be there.
The architecture is impressive, to say the least. It's everything you had imagined modernism to be and more.
